How It Works
Our expert team works with the customer to create a unique design built for them and their lifestyle, with a quality guarantee only McCray can provide.
Consultation
We begin with a consultation with the customer where we discuss what they want and their requirements. We take into consideration the frame usage, the user’s lifestyle, and their appearance. We try to create frames that will flatter the user while lasting for a long time.
Design
We take measurements and discuss the frame design, hinges, colour or coating, and finish with the customer, and develop a design and quote for the customer once it is approved.
Production
Once approved, our expert team gets to work. Production can take from one to two months depending on complexity, as everything is completed by hand.
Inspection and Return
Our team completes a final inspection, ensuring the custom frames are made to match the design perfectly and meet our quality standards. Once they pass inspection, we send the frames to the customer to enjoy.
